Originally hailing from Roman Britain, by the age of 16, he had been abducted and taken to Ireland as an enslaved person. After some time, he escaped and returned as a missionary who spread Christianity across the island.
Then afterward, stories about St. Patrick began to grow. On March 17, a celebration turned into a day of cultural pride. In the present period, everybody celebrates the St. Patrick's Day festival, not only citizens of Irish descent but also in other countries like the United States of America, Australia, and many more.
